Rick’s Auto Body first opened for business in 1991. But just 21+ years ago, we built a brand new facility to better serve the needs of our customers.     Let me start this review by saying I didn't have the most extensive body work done on my car. Basically they swapped out my front, passenger side, quarter panel bumper cover and grill. And of course fixed everything that needed it behind in or around those areas. However, I have had a lot of work done on cars in the past and these people are first rate!!! It was a  seamless job not only on the hardware but also on the paint. Highly recommend you bring your car here for body work!

    I recently brought our Maxima into Ricks for a fender-bender to the front of the vehicle - an approved vendor for AAA insurance - and found:

    - they were polite

    - they were responsive

    - they kept good social distancing protocol

    - they did a great job on the body


    After I took possession, I got an O2 sensor alert and they worked with AAA to get it covered. It took a few days to receive the part, but once they had it, it was in and out very quickly.


    I will definitely use Rick's again - with our without insurance.
